Ingredients needed:
- 1 pack of Soft Tofu
- 3 tablespoons of Gochujang
- 1 teaspoon of Gochujaru
- 2 tablespoons of chopped Green Onions
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup of Kimchi
- 1/3 cup of sliced beef
- 3 cups of Water
- sesame oil
- pinch of salt
Optional:
- 1/4 Fish Cakes
- 1/3 Tteokbokki
1. In a pot, add in / mix gochujang, gochujaru, kimchi and sesame oil, into boiling water. Let simmer for 6 minutes.
2. On medium heat, add your sliced beef and optional ingredients. Stir for about 4 minutes.
3. Add in tofu and egg. Let simmer for 3 minutes.
4. Top with green onions and serve.
Ingredients needed:
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of water
- 3 chopped fresh strawberries
- 1 cup of milk
1. In a pot, add in water and sugar. Let simmer.
2. Add in your strawberries and stir until strawberries are mushy.
3. Strain out strawberry mixture through a strainer.
4. In a cup, mix 2 tablespoons of strawberry mixture with 1 cup of milk.
5. Mix well and serve.
